Our prices for self pay are $250 for a new patient appointment (60 min. appointment) and $150 for follow-up appointments (30 min. appointment).

We are working on adding new insurances all the time. Currently we take Regence, Select, and Blue Cross, Pacific Source, Medicaid, Aetna, United and Molina, however it is important to note that each individual plan may vary. We always recommend verifying with your insurance company if we are in-network or reaching out to our office for an up-to-date list of who we are in-network with.
