Nina Titchenal

AGNP-C, MSN-Ed, APRN

Nina is passionate about uncovering the "why" behind her patients' symptoms and helping individuals restore their health through a personalized, whole-person approach. She believes lasting wellness begins with understanding the many factors that influence health—including nutrition, hormones, lifestyle, stress, gut health, and environmental exposures—and takes time to truly listen to each patient's story.

With eight years of nursing experience, Nina holds a Master of Science in Nursing Education and a post-master's certification as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She has completed functional medicine training through the American Academy of Functional Health and brings a strong background as both a clinician and nursing educator.

Nina has special interests in women's health, hormone balance, fertility optimization, mental health, chronic fatigue, metabolic health, postpartum care, and gut health. She especially enjoys helping patients with complex or long-standing symptoms find answers and move toward lasting wellness.

Her personal experiences with chronic illness, pregnancy loss, postpartum recovery, and caring for ill family members have given her a deep appreciation for the challenges many patients face. These experiences shape the compassionate, thoughtful care she provides each day.

Outside the clinic, Nina enjoys spending time with her husband, their three homeschooled children, and her mother. She loves crocheting, writing, reading with her children, and spontaneous family dance parties. She hopes every patient would describe her as warm, competent, and thorough.
