Pay: $40–$60 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Flexible | 1–2 days/week to start | Option to increase

Job Description

We’re seeking a licensed therapist (LMSW, LCSW, or LPC) who is aligned with our mission and values. This in-person role is ideal for someone who is holistically minded, comfortable working with children and adults, and excited to grow within a like-minded team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-person therapy to children, adults, and families

  • Use a holistic, root-cause approach to mental health care

  • Develop personalized treatment plans

  • Collaborate with our integrative care team as needed

  • Maintain documentation in compliance with licensing standards

 

Qualifications

  • Must hold an active Idaho license as LMSW, LCSW, or LPC

  • Experience or interest in functional or holistic mental health care

  • Comfortable working with children and adults

  • Self-motivated and flexible; able to set your own schedule

  • LMSWs: Supervision with LCSW provided as needed
